Modern, all the amenities, great breakfast, 10 minute walk to downtown. Extremely small room. Does not accommodate traveler with more than hand luggage, no room for regular luggage. Tiny houses, now tiny hotel.

Overall very nice stay, convenient location and very walkable to multiple attractions right in the city centre. The place was also safe and secure which I appreciated as well.

This was a perfect location for staying in Dublin! It was walkable to everything, and it was a cozy and chic hotel. The room was very small for two people, but otherwise everything was what we needed.

Property was great and staff was friendly although check in time was a bit slow and could be better considering there were 4 operating at the front desk

New, clean and pleasing property. Very good breakfast worth taking. With over 100 countries visited in 25 year, there has been 2 other hotel rooms that havebeen this small. Venice and rural Morocco. Very well thought out on how small a room can be with many amenities. Bathroom is smaller than our holiday trailer 6.5ft x 4.5 ft.. First time we have ever paid an extra fee for 2.5 hr early check in. All things that we would consider in returning vs another hotel at the same premium price. Do they go out for the return business. Would not return, many other hotel options.

The staff were beyond friendly and helpful. They gave us all kind of advice and suggestions for getting around Dublin. They were very personable and caring. The hotel offers several eating/sitting areas. The food was good and reasonably priced. I would definitely stay there again.
