For starters they called me 4 times while I was at work to insure I was still coming. Well one my reservation was not canceled, so obviously I was coming. When I first booked, they called and confirmed, I told them at that time I would check in late, Im a doctor I have to finish my shift I just cant leave. The day of check in is when they called back to back, I told them im at work please dont call anymore,im still coming. Then they said i had to pay now, instead of at arrival which it confirmed when I booked Im suppose to pay at arrival, so I paid so they would stop blowing up my phone. Ok I arrived that night me and my family. The guy tell me my card is decling, he trying to take the payment out I showed him on my transaction log they already took it out $659.03. He continues to try and run my cards stating oh thats just a hold. No it wasn't I paid earlier.. its 12:27 am we waited 30min after a long car ride until he called his manager.They finally checked us in. Ok day two we asked the house keeper to remove the trash and more bath towels. We left the room but my brother was still in the room.When she knocked on the door he responded we dont need anything sweetie. She said ok and left, keep in my we just told her as we were getting on the elevator we told her the room number.Now my brother wasn't aware,she could have said she spoke with us. But thats ok. The problem is she lied and said my brother was real mean and yelled at her. TBC

Clean and safe location. Great for what we needed. The pool was closed unfortunately.

The property was in excellent location for dinning options and plenty of gas options. The hotel was decent, only complaint I had was the smell of smoke that came from our room. I went to the store and purchased multiple items to try and help with the smell. It muted it some but not completely. It's highly not suggested to sleep on pull out bed. Very uncomfortable. Staff was great

It smelled clean but we had to kill a roach in our room. The towels had hair from other people still attached. They came into our room after the first night and made the beds, moved our clothing, and our bathroom items. It almost looked as if they went through our things. I had to pay another 30 dollars when I arrived.
