Not the best location and the shower-tub was unsafe.

Staff was great both in the hotel and restaurant. Location was a bit far from main areas downtown, but certainly walkable (in good weather).

We booked a non refundable room and needed to change the date back a week but they wouldn't let us do it. We requested the change more than 30 days in advance, but it didn’t matter. I understand policy, but think they should think about customer service as well.

Great staff. Set up a taxi for us the next day to airport. Nice room, comfortable bed.

Nice rooms. Comfortable bed and pillows. Quiet location. A bit out of the way from city center but there is tram station nearby.
