We didn’t like again): 1. Toilettes. They are too small 2. Safe issue: no grab bars in bathrooma 3. Location of TV unit: too low 4. Choice of pillows: all are too soft

I hate to hear you did not enjoy your stay. Unfortunately, there are certain things that are out of our control. The Toilettes are Marriott required I apologize for the inconvenience of size. The bars unfortunately are not something I can change in the room. We do offer ADA rooms if needed with extra space and handles if requested. As for the other issues mentioned we will see what we can do to correct those for the next guest.

My wife and I went to bed at 9:30. our tv was off and we were asleep. At 2:30 AM our phone rang and woke us up. They said they had a noise complaint. I was not happy. come to find out the next morning the noise was from their kitchen. My room was paid for when i got the reservation. When we got home i see a charge for the room on my wifes debit card. They used her card for incidentals and swiped it for the room also. This was not a pleasant stay.

As for the billing if you contact the location we can further investigate the billing issue. The hotel does take a deposit during check-in for the amount of your stay plus incidentals and will return onto your card in 5-7 business days.

The cost was more than the quoted price that I received from hotels.com. if hotels.com is giving a price, it should be 100% accurate.
