The room originally assigned was not not clean and didn't have USB ports. The staff quickly addressed our issue and assigned another room that was cleand and had USB ports.

Staff were very professional and friendly, breakfast was very good. Safe neighborhood, rooms need some updating, very clean hotel and walkable in about 30 minutes to Grafton Street

This property was excellent in every way. The staff, service, cleanliness of the room were extremely important. We needed medical assistance and they called a doctor for us and the outcome to the situation was superb. I would definitely stay here again!

I really liked how the property wasn’t centrally located and was in a quieter neighborhood. It was conveniently located near many bus stops so it was accessible to the city centre. Thought it was a huge hotel, we thought that the attention to customer service by the staff was excellent. The hotel itself was unfortunately, very dated. We didn’t think it was as clean and witnessed many small details in our room that we thought were unclean. We were also stuck inside our room one day as we couldn’t open the door as there was something jamming it from opening. Though they tended to it quickly, it was still an annoying part of our stay. For the quality of the stay, especially w the poor cleanliness, I didn’t think the price was worth it.
