Great location close to shops and and very handy being part of the Tavern for meals.

It was easy to find. The staff were friendly an made late checkin very easy The room had a relaxing vibe an were very comfortable The Queen bed in the room would have been one of the best beds I’ve slept in other than My own Hands down it was a Home away from home 😊

Smoke alarms - battery operated, not hard wired and battery is removable which we did when it kept going off. Pool wasn’t operating and we weren’t told this when booking or checking in - was 40 degrees so would have been used. Emergency numbers were incorrect. Shower was very dirty. Had to pull own sofa out (paid for extra person when booking in so expected this), but was filthy underneath. Breakfast they say ‘is on us, please just one serve per person’ even though we’ve actually paid for it. By 8.30 (second sitting) there wasn’t much left and wasn’t topped up the first morning - second morning was ok. Room wasn’t really serviced - one bed was made, 3 weren’t and only 4 towels for 5 people. The staff were friendly, but they were doing everything - running pub, managing motel, cooking.

I was wheelchair ♿️ the facilities are not good can’t push chair around the path and showers were hard floors got wet and you were unable to walk in bathroom after shower

Lovely spacious rooms, my only complaint was the tv wasn’t working, no one on reception to contact
