Thank you Nasir for bringing this to our attention. We have noticed an increase in consumption of tissues with the winter season and will speak with cleaners to ensure these are not empty.

Super friendly, clean, updated and comfortable.
Posted 8 Mar 2024 on HotelsThe hotel is neat and tidy. The front desk was very friendly, great with communication, and very accommodating for a late check in. The location is also convenient however because it is on the main road there was noise from the traffic. Also, I was easily able to hear the tv from the room next door. I used a white noise app on my phone though so it didn’t worry me. The rooms have been updated however the bathroom was still dated and needed some maintenance attention. Regardless of that, it was super clean.

Not very impressed that we were not given the room configuration that was shown in the pictures. I was unexpectedly put in the hospital and selected this room for my family (who had to come with me) because of it's room configuration.
Had we known this was not what we would receive, we would of went elsewhere

Thank you Samantha, for taking the time to review your recent stay with us. Bunk beds have been removed over Christmas due to SAFETY concerns. These were replaced with new Queen beds and single trundle under bed. The room was not set with the trundle on your arrival due to the booking stating 3 Adults only in information. Had we been given the correct number of guests this would have been set ready for your arrival.
