Really good weekend business stay. Friendly and helpful. Allowed me early entry to room. Eky and Saung on the front desk and their colleagues were great. And Ravi on the front door. As well as all other colleagues. Thank you!

Unfortunately another 'VIP Access' property which doesn't offer the benefits stated when booking- far too many of these now! My last 4 or 5 have all been the same. This hotel is in very good condition, in a good area, and the staff were very welcoming. Despite the hotel being quite quiet during my stay, the restaurants in the building were busy enough and there was a good atmosphere.
