Overall cleanliness was very poor. There was water leaking in the kitchen and the washroom.

Maples guest hotel appartment

The stay wasn’t that great the appartment I was in had mosquitos and cockroaches all over the place and I wasn’t feeling that good I complained to the staff he helped me with spraying the room and he was quiet helpful . After even putting the mosquito spray the mosquitos were still on and I even told the manager I would like to change my room but the apartment was full and holiday season so had to manage with it .

It was amazing trip, my requirement was fulfilled with in minutes. internet was good, but use very old infrastructure. Tv Set are not up to date.

Terrible place to stay at.

Terrible bed is the cheapest u can buy u can’t even sit on it goes in. The TV has only 2 or 3 channels working . The WiFi is so bad it only works in particular places in the room. The water heater they hav used in the rooms is pathetic it only gives hot water for about 2 minutes and then it is like warm water. After repeated requests at the front desk nothing was done about it. And every time I ask about it they say we will send someone now but nobody shows up.

The hotel staff were always friendly & accommodating. However, they should be mindful that guests from the Western side of the world use washcloths to clean their bodies and this is something that should be readily available in all rooms. Guests should not have to purchase their own washcloths from the store in order to take a shower. Xclusive Maples only provides towels & I wasn't used to that.
