This was the worst hotel experience in my life .We reached Dubai on the day of flooding (historic Dubai flooding )and the hotel stated that they were not going to send airport pick up .We had 2 rooms booked for 4 days and due to flooding on the roads ,we were unable to get there .I called them multiple times explaining our situation and the hotel front desk was dismissive and stated that it was not their concern or responsibility.i asked the
If they could move our reservation for a later date or give us room credit but they were extremely dismissive despite me explaining how taxis had refused to bring us to the hotel .I am extremely disappointed and upset .Not sure ,if I will ever stay in a Waldorf Astoria hotel again anywhere in the world and certainly never in the Dubai property and warn anyone making a booking to rethink .

Perfect property. Plenty of places to eat within the hotel, but very pricey. No other places to eat nearby. Great service.

Great place for families with young kids - very busy at the pool so definitely not a place for a romantic adult trip. The staff was amazing - especially the housekeepers and restaurant staff - just lovely. Restaurants are very good quality and food was great.

The hotel is not bad BUT they have events on the beach EVERY DAY THAT ARE VERY DISTURBING. Today one wedding and a very annoying corporate team building event of some sort. The last three hours of the beach day we had to listen to annoying team building coaches.
