The room was very spacious and clean. Also being close to ur metro made it easier access to the city

Friendly staff, dry hotel, overdue for a makeover

Hotel itself is well overdue a makeover, it looks tired and there are plenty of maintenance issues.
The hotel is a dry hotel, so no alcohol is served. Not a big deal but that isn’t forthcoming in their advertising and if you like a beer after work or a day out you’ll need to go out for that.
My apartment had a strong smell of Indian food for about a week, from the previous guests. The ceiling on the kitchen was leaking and some of the paint was falling on to the floor.
The sofas had clear and multiple grease marks on them where they hadn’t been cleaned for some time and the apartment itself is well overdue for a makeover.
Breakfast was ok and again the staff were friendly and welcoming.
The pool is nice.

Great hotel for a few nights away
Posted 14 Nov 2022 on HotelsWe had an amazing three nights at time oak. The staff were brillaint and very friendly. It was our 10th wedding anniversary and the staff went over and above to make our few precious days amazing.
The hotel is a great location just 5 mins from the metro and easy access to the major sites.
The rooms are huge but could do with a refresh however you have everything you need.
The breakfast is great with lots of fresh choice.
