They let us check in early. The room was ready. They have free shuttle bus from and to the airport. This hotel is a walking distance to the city centre metro station and near city centre mall.

Me and my sister had 2 1-night layover stays in Rove City Centre hotel. And also 1 unplanned extra night because of the problems due to the heavy rain in Dubai. The rooms were comfortable, location is good (close to metro, City Mall and lots of restaurants and stores) and the stuff was very accomodative and attentive to our needs. The most helpful were: Rodica from the front desk, Nassim - the driver of the shuttle bus and Anam - the guest services/tour guide. And actually everyone was very friendly and helpful at the hotel. Thank you all for your hard work!

This was a great experience. The moment I got off the taxi, I was greeted and luggage was taken in for me. I was able to check in early and staff was extremely polite and helpful. Staff was a pleasant and friendly. Many pluses on the hotel. Metro around the corner, free shuttle to airport and other areas. Would totally recommend this hotel.
