The property was lovely and ideal for me and my family. However, the construction outside of our accommodation was very noisy and started very early in the morning. If i had known about the construction work, i would not have booked my stay here.

the sewage smell is unbearable and slept in the balcony one night and other nights and days left the balcony door open non-stop despite loud noise and other disturbances around the air quality in this building is toxic and the sewage smell was repeatedly reported. at night sleeping on the balcony with the door open the air that comes from inside is beyond rotten sewage. in the bathroom periodically the smell brought on a gag and nausea. i would never again stay at any mariott property. i am asking for a full refund. also please notify health authorities for an immediate continued investigation of air quality at this and other properties.

Very close to the airport and Dubai Mall. The hotel staff were very friendly especially the young lady at reception who welcomed me and my friends. (Winnie) I would recommend this hotel for any one looking to stay in Dubai for a short stay.

Comfortable and spacious

Great room, spacious and comfortable, good gym and very decent breakfast (exceed expectations) The location has pros and cons but in general is ok. the pool has a wonderful sight but a little noisy

Great hotel, breakfast not so!

Great service and staff, nice suite and condition (new property). Only negative is the breakfast. a) Limited options in the buffett (not the usual Marriott standard) and b) the timing is from 6-10am only - so we only made it to the breakfast once. In a city, where you tend to be out till late, as the weather is more pleasant in the evening, should have breakfast untill 11am at least! Apart from that, everything was perfect and kudos to the friendly and service-minded staff.

We are delighted that you mentioned the service mindedness of our team as our associates are our most important asset. As for the breakfast, we are naturally disappointed that we fell short of meeting your expectation however the Residence Inn breakfast is very much a continental breakfast offered on complimentary basis to all our guests as opposed to a full buffet offering you may find at some of Marriott's luxury brands. Currently we are serving breakfast until 10am during the week and until 11am on weekends to allow for a thorough cleaning and sanitizing process between breakfast and lunch. We will certainly continue to monitor guest feedback on these timings to see if these need to be reviewed. Modern and well appointed rooms with great accessibility and very supportive staff. Overall good value for money!
