Had the best stay in Ramada. It is walking distance to many restaurants and Dubai mall. They were very attentive and they also offer free shuttle services to certain places. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel is conveniently located 5 minutes walk from Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. The hotel is in great condition and is well-kept. Staff are very kibd and helpful.

Very helpful staff, excellent convenient rooms with amenities for a family with three children.
Views of Burj Khalifa and fountain were amazing. In room laundry, kitchen and the balcony were a huge plus.

Staff are very respectful, friendly and attentive. Hotel is at walkable distance from everything. Will stay again!

Hotel is perfectly clean and the location is ideal for the fountains. View from room was fantastic.
But the staff (bar one or two) were frankly rude and too busy on there mobile phones most of the time to even acknowledge you.

Staff was great, room was ok but had beat up appliances, bathroom had a lot of mold. There are much better options in the area.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was great and convenient for a lot of the attractions we wanted to do and we could watch the fountain show from our balcony. Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was great with a lot of options. We would definitely stay there again.
