Awful service from the hotel receptionist
Posted 10 Mar 2020 on HotelsThe reception was so awful and charged me extra payment though it is clearly stated that I have already paid my taxes . The receptionist even refused to inform me about the breakfast meal which is included in the room booking

The location is great as it is Near the metro station and shopping area. A new gift shop just newly opened along the hotel walkway.

Second time stay in this hotel, good value of money.
Premium location, it is the first building you reach after you come out of the metro station, supermarkets, restaurants, shops around, easy living and shopping.
Facility is a little bid old, but well maintained, room is clean and staff is friendly.
