Lovely apartment, a comfy clean bed, Personnel on site were helpful and welcoming. Contacted on Wattsapp and helped to find the block as the normal GPS didn't get me there. However, no hot water in the kitchen, the drains smelt and cockroaches in abundance - even trying to get into the fridge! Gas ring had to be lit with a cigarette lighter (was provided!). Only a small bath towel provided alongside bathmat and hand towel but the shower leaks across the floor so the mat was sodden on first use. Plenty of hot water thank goodness although one small bottle of shower wash provided - that's fine but 'free toiletries' advertised. No cleaning was done during my stay and debris from the previous occupants was behind furniture. Christmas decorations up and the picture on the wall above the TV still had the wrapper on it as it was bought! Swimming Pool was not open which was REALLY disappointing as I could have booked elsewhere. It took me a while to find it, wasn't told/shown and no details in the apartment, Was supposed to be open 8 am to 8 pm (as working late that would be too early really). I was gutted as that was my relaxation for an expected full on week. There were no instructions in how to use the tv so that wasn't accessible to me either. Good car parking available but only got 'a card' to enable me to park independently on the last day - so had to keep asking for the barrier to be open.
