Property was clean, staff was cooperative but its too far from the Dubai city which was not comfortable to travel so long to go to the Dubai mall & other places

It is quiet and peacefull. Gocery is close. Movemenyt to airport is easy. Staff of the hotel are excellent. But amenities quality is very poor. It needs renovation.

Cockroach infested rooms, complained on the first day, moved rooms 3 days after to another infested room, have pictures and videos to prove this. Management team are not proactive or concerned about customer services, overchsrged my kids for breakfast every other day. Worst experience ever
