Staff useless - bed bugs during my stay - managers didn't believe me. Large room but everything else poor. Breakfast terrible and pool is pointless. Much better when it was The Address.

Upon receiving your feedback, we took immediate action and engaged our pest control team to thoroughly inspect the room. However, no signs of bedbugs were found.We understand your concerns and regret any frustration you may have experienced. We offered different alternatives, including moving to different rooms however it was declined. Since you preferred relocation to another hotel, we managed to arrange it accordingly. Despite the room being on Do Not Disturb sign for most of the days, we made every effort to accommodate your preferences for room cleaning based on your preferred time.Regarding your comments about our staff, breakfast, and pool facilities, we will address these issues with our team to ensure that we are providing the high-quality service and amenities our guests expect.We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us identify areas for improvement and better serve our guests in the future. I paid for a one bed residence with kitchen but when I arrived I was told the hotel had changed from Address to Kempinski & they only had rooms not residences. Very disappointed that I wasn’t notified. If I knew I would have booked somewhere else. A kitchen is important for me as I’m diabetic and can’t eat certain foods. Will not be staying here again
