Venu at front desk was so helpful he helped us check in made sure our stay was comfortable We arrived late after the flooding in dubai and we were greeted with a smile the hotel was busy but i can see the employees running around trying to make everyone happy 😃 Thanks

The staff were excellent and hotel was very clean as always this was my 5 th stay at the hotel that says something

Service was not very good. I called and asked for a toilet paper, but no one showed up to bring me one. Front staff are nice but slow.

Nice place. I’m from Thailand. It’s quite cold in the room for me but no heaters. Asking for more toilet paper, no one has shown up.

Dubai visit

Rooms smelt like smoke. Lobby smelled like vomit. Only would give us one towel at a time.

Cigarette smell will come through the air conditioning system even in the non smoking section.
