The location of the hotel is very, very special. It is surrounded by markets and restaurants, Al Ittihad Bus Station, Al Ghurair Mall, and easy use of the metro

Decent property in a good location. I have stayed in 3 different rooms and some were in a bad section of the building with noise or no views. But if you manage to get one on the better section of the building its really good.

An Ibis is an Ibis. You know what you're going to get. I thought the room at this one was a bit larger than other Ibis hotels. I like the area, it's lively and interesting, also relatively close to the airport. Many 24 hour supermarkets. Al Ghurair Mall is a short walk and has many coffee and eating options. The gym is ok, could be improved with heavier weights.
