Staff show poor hospitality and rude

We got the end room on 1st floor. The fridge didn't work (didn't cool ) and shower head kept sliding down so it was hard to take a shower. Overall the breakfast was fabulous and really really good. Lots of options and the best part of our stay. The staff were friendly.

The carpet in the room must be replaced cuz it is very old and dirty

Changed my room due to rooftop music, and the new room has sounds coming from electric breakers which were not fixed after raising the issue twice accross 2 days !
