The hotel room was very clean and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel staff was inept, and very unhelpful. Hotel concierge confirmed my NYE reservation as Asia Asia (the on-site reservation) only to last minute inform me of some ridiculous minimum spend requirement that was not previously mentioned to me within 24 hours of NYE so that I was unable to make a reservation elsewhere. At one point, the valet attendant suggested that I walk close to 2 miles, alone, at night because "getting a taxi would be difficult." The area around the hotel is nothing special. It's not really walking distance to anything of note. It would be better to stay in downtown Dubai or Palm Jumeriah. I stayed here thinking it would give me easy walking access to the Burj Khalifa for NYE, but I was mistaken. I regret staying at this property.

Was my first time in Dubai and this hotel was really great! Came on a girls trip with my friend and we felt very safe and super accommodated. All the staff were super friendly, nice, accommodating, and overall just a great vibe. We had an issue with our first room and after telling the hotel, they immediately upgraded our room to a bigger suite (free of charge) and were super kind about the situation. This place was also super affordable and within our budget (We stayed 11 nights) Free breakfast came with our room as we added that to our package. I can’t say enough nice things about the workers and overall experience there. Even the staff outside would greet us back every time, open our car doors, made sure we were good with our taxis, and always smiling. I would 10/10 recommend.
