Housekeeping staff is excellent and approachable very good men i can recommend them to give a salary increase coz they are the nicest men and very polite and kind

The rooms are big and clean. The service is poor. I waited for a long time to get an iron and ironboard.

The hotel was convenient to the Emirates Mall and Metro, good restaurants. Only complaint is they allow smoking in the bar
