Poorly trained reception everything else was fair wouldn’t stay again

Staff is extremely helpful. There’s an on site restaurant as well as food options nearby. AC blows nice and cold.

When we first checkend in they gave us a terrible room full of humidity. So we went back to the reception and asked to change it.. they accepted and gave us a bigger room. The hotel is super old but overall not bad for its price. In front of a huge shopping mall and nearby dubai airport
