Great and helpful staff, especially Ancilia, Julie and Rose with whom we were interacting most of the time. We had a very pleasant stay thanks to them and they were honestly the kindest and most reliable staff members, keeping an extremely high standard. The hotel is nice and clean, rooms are spacious, swimming pool area is quite nice and downstairs bar has pool table, food and drinks.

We loved our stay. Handy to the Mall of the Emirates to catch buses and tourist connections from. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was brilliant.

Pros: Comfortable Friendly & helpful staff (mostly) Affordable Food is decent & relatively well-priced Free water Clean hotel, nice pool Cons: Internet is terrible! Soda & other drinks way overpriced. Go down the street to the local markets for drinks. Our room lights randomly turning on while trying to sleep. TV only local content, no way to connect to YouTube, Netflix, etc. HDMI cable did not work with TV. If it rains, huge puddles out front prevent travel. Loud thumping music and kids screaming until 2-3am EVERY night. Laundry service fees are ridiculous! We stayed 20 days and needed laundry done. A small bag, not even a full load of laundry, would have cost us over $80 USD. Laundry service was rude. Fridge needs replacement, barely cold, food spoils, leaking water from who knows where. Sink drain in our room was broken and would fall off every time you ran water, couldn’t be closed. Had to ask staff for many things that should have been part of the room cleaning (e.g., clean glasses, toilet paper), and sometimes had to ask for the same thing multiple times. Says 5 star. I’m curious: Out of how many stars? I’m not sure if the rating is like US, but I have stayed at better hotels rated 3 stars. Tile around pool is VERY slippery. Be careful!!!! My husband, my son, and I ALL almost fell.

Hotel was a great option. The only point that I’ve found a little strange was the fact that it seemed to me there was a misunderstanding between the reservation I made on Hotels.com and what they had there! I had breakfast for only one person and we were 4 people as confirmed on the reservation (they solved the issue without any problem) I had two single beds and again we were 4 people. Again they solved the issue. Thank you

Very disappointed, it is touted as a 5 star but at the most it would be a 4*. Good things: Parking, close to Mall of Emirates Bad things: dated decor, breakfast limited and disappointing, has a bar/pub on the ground floor which invites drunks and fights, lots of people hanging around lobby, not worth the price
