This is an amazing hotel with great staff. I was welcomed by Mahmoud very exceptional customer service. He was such a gentleman with great information about Dubai. Atiq was amazing his service on the floor amazing individual with a great smile very welcoming. The room was spotless after his great service.
The restaurant served dishes from all of the world the chef gave great service and amazing food lily served us during breakfast amazing and the rest of the staff.
The service was fantastic the staff all of them gave great service. Amazing additional assistance was offered. This was a great holiday!

Had a 6 night comfortable stay with my family. Very clean and modern room. Staff super helpful and exceptional. Conveniently located with metro, shops and eateries just downstairs. Lovely buffet breakfast. Will definitely stay again.
