Mostly staff is indian and they dont know anything about hospitality and how to accomodate customers who travel all across the world and they come to experience such pathetic envoirment

Amazing staff, although we had to go back earlier due to personal reasons. The staff was just excellent in the 1 week that we stayed there. Definitely recommended

Resort is huge. And in hot weather this makes navigating the Oort difficult. This is a tourist Resort, and is not suited to the businessman

Great service!

What was outstanding was the service levels accorded to us from the front desk which was made up by 2 Filipino ladies and a 1 dark asian lady. They were very very understanding and allowed us to have a late checkout due to our delayed flight timings.
