I was pleasantly surprise with this place.
LOVELY staff! Very kind, respectful and helpful. Specially the valet team.
The breakfast buffet was good too!
This place will certainly be my top choice when I go back to Dubai.

Used to be better
Posted 19 Nov 2022 on HotelsI've stayed here a few times but it was better when it was managed by Rydges. Chelsea have spoilt it, especially the bars and pool area. They have put a massive screen for sports channels by the swimming pool. Also, the noise from the nightclub goes on well into the night.

Room was ok, not the best but the staff is full or shot, wasnt ben trying to help us. The night club is heard till the highest floor. Oh on a freaking wednesday, we werent advised about this loud ass music, not even apologies, the AC WAS NOT WORKING!!! WE’RE IN DUBAK, you know how hot it is in there????? And i ask for new room and they said no, no Fan to atleast sub for the AC. Nothing. Its a horrible stay.
