Old property, bad maintenance

House keeping is poor. They don't want to give enough towels even after asking.
Had issues with the TV and tea kettle too.

The rooms were spacious, well-decorated, comfortable, and clean. Wifi and appliances worked well. Overall, no complaints on the rooms.
Check-in took a bit long, but the front desk staff were friendly, polite, and helpful in calling cabs.
There was good food available for purchase in the lobby.
The meeting room + food packages were fairly overpriced. We went elsewhere
