I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. I think everyone should experience the beauty and charm of Old Dubai with every Dubai trip. From the moment you arrive, the valet will help you unload (we rented a car) and they took the car to park it which is included in the room, amazing! We were greeted with dates and arabic coffee then they explained the layout of this massive hotel with 10 buildings. We were taken in a golf cart to our room and at the same time given a tour of the souks and the area downstairs, instructed on where to go for our breakfast (also included in our room), and taken directly to our building, which was right above the most unique Starbucks you'll find! Our balcony room with the creek view was gorgeous. It was quiet despite being by the creek where workers would be with their boats and the boats would pass by and it was just beautiful there. We explored all the souks downstairs and walked to Al Fahidi and Bur Dubai from the hotel, which aren't terrible walks and it's a great way to explore Old Dubai! Everything is safe! The breakfast was phenomenal. So many food options and they are so quick to replace food as it runs out. You also get coffee of every kind from Arabic and Turkish to latte's. Al See and Old Dubai are just charming, and this hotel is one to stay at for sure to get that feeling!

the staff were so rude and not accommodating. they never answered the front desk phone either. the place was dirty and smelly

the staff was horrible. they had no manners on how to talk to their guests. the place was dirty and smelly

Funky room. Painful check in. Dark bathroom. Bad signage getting you to the breakfast location.
