Good value for money, very courteous and helpful staff, location is within a 10-min walk of the Mall of Emirates, good gym and Spa (which is not mentioned by Expedia in the property description -- therefore was an excellent, unexpected, bonus). On the negative side -- the internet speed is incredibly slow (8mpbs on download and 5mbps on upload) making video / Zoom calls impossible. I paid ($55/mo) to increase the speed to the Max possible of 30mpbs on upload and download -- and apparently that's the MAX possible speed in Dubai -- no telecom provider offers anything above that... Given a normal speed in developed countries is 100mpbs -- 30mbps for $55/mo seems pretty disappointing.

The Room Services very Good and keep the room very clean especially Purnamaya [Maya] she is very friendly and cleaning the room so great,it's a good job for hotel to keep a good employee like Maya 👍

Surprisingly Good Hotel! Rooms are spacious and hotel is pretty new so its in good shape. Only complaint i have is the GYM is in poor condition floors are broken and equipment is outdated.

In the middle of the night while my daughter and I were sleeping, we had two men knock on my door saying they are receptionist and that there was noise complaint. They asked us to open the door. I said it can’t be us because we are fast asleep. I could no longer sleep and was scared. The next day I complained and the manager said it’s against their policy to do that and even if there was a complaint a call should have been made rather than knocking on the door in the middle of the night. He checked the cameras and listened and confirmed it was not from our room. So u professional. They offered just an ‘apology’. I demanded a compensation and they provided two days breakfast we went one day and skipped the next because breakfast was HORRIBLE. They then went and FLAGGED my account so the next time I stayed at another Al khoory Hotel recently, they said I was ‘flagged’ for the free breakfast. The worst experience ever. If you care about your safety and proper professional staff with good protocol save your money. More happened but I’ll leave it at that.
