I rarely write to tell someone about my appreciation but an exception is made here due to impressively professional and pleasant service from Mr Basit

They only give you one card for the room, but when you click “do not disturb” on the panel, once I take my card out to leave, the power disconnects and the do not disturb notice doesn’t display. So my room kept being made up when I didn’t want it to
