The internet is terrible. Absolutely terrible. Very weak, comes and goes, a waste of time. Also the GYM is not usable, it is just a picture on expedia but in reality all is faulty or missing. And to think that i chose the hotel for the "gym"....

It was very dirty, run down. Internet service was terrible. Elevator were not always working and there was furniture in the stairwells. Reception, cleaning staff, bellhops were all helpful and friendly. Will never stay there again

I didn’t stay this night at the property because it was already closed since one month and a 101 aed dedication token from me for nothing and I have sent mail already in the same day to take back my money but until now no any response so please check about it and give me my money back, thanks
