The hotel is very nice, staff very friendly and accommodating. Transportation is questionable. I had a fall before coming and hurt my knee. Uber is not available. Tram doesn’t go everywhere. Restaurante employees in the town square are nice and called a taxi for me. This hotel was the best out of all the other hotels we stayed in, on this trip to Germany.

The hotel is in a very convenient spot and puts you right in the middle of all the Dresden attractions. The staff was very pleasant and the room was great.

At the very heart of historically renovated Dresden. Excellent but unobtrusive service very much a premium property.

Staff was fantastic. Extremely helpful! Location is perfect for anything you want to do in Dresden. The room was spacious, clean and the beds were very comfortable. Spa and wellness center was a great addition.
