"The curtains in my room are designed for decor, unable to shut for darkness. The water of the shower head has no pressure, ran so slow. It look me forever to take a shower. The pillows are like the couch pillows. The lamps by the bed were rusted and dirty. It costs me over $300 just to stay for 1 night. I've never stayed in a hotel like this and would not go back !!!"

"This place is a circus. It's actually like four different, disjointed properties all called B Ocean Resort. Several room changes for our party were required due to broken items (ie. A/C, phones) and so we were forced to try to reach the front desk by cell phone. Any request we made, such as for towels since housekeeping never cleaned our room, were hit and miss as to whether or not they would come. I will never stay here again, nor will I ever recommend someone else to ever stay there."

"It took three times of going to the front desk to get our key card to work. The hotel knew we were coming. This happened to many people in my group. It was midnight after long day of traveling. This was very disappointing."
