"Yes, the staff service was excellent, the room was very clean, I stayed at this exact hotel several times in previous years, but the things that have changed my mind about staying here again is the bathrooms is very outdated and needs upgrading as well as my room was leaking from the ceiling and when I asked to be moved to a different room they said they were booked but they did send maintenance right away and they fixed the problem but this was 11:00 pm so the noise they made was very loud and disturbing. Lastly I have stayed at other hotels that Not held to what I consider the status of this hotel and the pillow quality was exceptional. The quality of pillows and linens has diminished and I’m truly saddened. This was always my hotel of choice, but unfortunately this will be changing for me."

"Incredibly nice and helpful staff. They gave us a room upgrade and nice gifts (champagne, chocolate covered strawberries, chocolate pretzels, etc) and such a nice handwritten note. 10/10 would recommend!"

"The facility itself was fine. Included breakfast was nice. Location is convenient. The shuttle is a bit of a joke. You call the number and pick the shuttle option but it’s just a recording to say to call the hotel. You call the hotel and just wait on hold forever. We ended up just taking a cab. "

"Great stay overall! The check-in staff was friendly and welcoming. Alex at the front desk provided world-class customer service, she was exceptionally kind and very accommodating to my family. She also went above and beyond to meet our needs, which was greatly appreciated after a long day of travel. The complimentary airport shuttle service was incredibly convenient and ran smoothly, making our early departure (5am) to FLL airport stress-free. Overall, a fantastic experience and I would definitely stay here again."
