The room was clean and the breakfast was good. The airport shuttle was not great. I called 4 times from the airport and no one was answering the phone. I kept leaving voicemails but no one was checking the messages. We ended up waiting an hour at the airport for the free airport shuttle.

The staff were amazing. They were very helpful with all requests and the check in process was seamless. The breakfast was very good by far the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. In conclusion, the overall experience was exceptional.

The hotel was great. The location is why I marked a 4. There is really no walking to anything from hotel. There was not much around it and it didn’t feel totally safe. The hotel itself was clean, good breakfast and nice room.
