The staff at this hotel is fantastic! Very helpful, and it seemed each of them were willing to do whatever needed to be done whether it was their responsibility or not. Front desk people very friendly and hardworking. Staff in charge of breakfast hustled to keep things stocked, and tables cleaned. Great location right across from Oriole Park which is why we went. The pub adjacent to the property, however, is a sea of people prior to and after games. Difficult to weave your way back to the hotel and trash, and alcohol from this outdoor tailgate party is overflowing. Our room was nice and pretty clean, but the door would not shut all the way on its own, which presents a security problem if you don’t remember to push or pull it shut. Someone should’ve seen this before we did and had it fixed. Valet parking staff very nice but parking is expensive, but we didn’t see any other choice. We felt safe the entire time and easily walked to the inner harbor. Would stay here again for sure.

The location was amazing. The ballpark was across the street. The hotel was very clean and everyone was very nice

We came for Orioles game and a concert. Very convenient location, comfortable, clean and breakfast was great! Also the later checkout gave us time to enjoy the pool after breakfast.

If you are going to a ball game then you gotta stay here! Literally just steps away from the park. The staff were kind, the rooms very clean and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay and are looking for a Hamptonn Inn at our next stop.
