This hotel is great for single travelers. The rooms are small, but clean and stylish and have everything you need. There's a diner and café on site (as well as a rooftop bar), but it's also close to other restaurants that are open late. It's perfectly situation steps away from the bus stop and metro (red line).

Front desk staff checked us in quickly, gentleman was very nice and welcomed us to the hotel

Although I felt safe there was many homeless people on the street in front , it was close to subway so I think that is why , there was a lot of police around and everyone was friendly , and every morning they were out cleaning the sidewalks put in a lot of steps to get to Washington sites but the price was certainly reasonable , lots of coffee shops around .

It's a mico hotel. No coffee maker but they have coffee upstairs.

Location was good not too far from everything, about 20-30 min walking. A bit sketch and busy at night. Very noisy location due to the train. Staff was great help. Bed was way too plush and very uncomfortable for me as I am pregnant and felt like I was sinking in a water bed. Room was awesome, not as small as I thought it would be. Would be great to add microwaves/small fridges. Overall average stay and pick for the two days we stayed in DC.
