We were pleasantly surprised with the JW in DC. We read reviews prior to going and there was a lot of hit and miss. For us it was great. Clean and staff were nice to us. We ate some meals at the hotel and food was good. Will say ALL food in DC is VERY expensive. We did a quick sightseeing vaca for three nights and had a good time. This hotel is very conveniently located to all the sights.

I can upload the video of the water brown brush my tooth and give me diarrhea talk to the manager and do not care I will love to upload the video I show them

My room has a strange sound during the night time… a very small and short sound.. it comes and goes continuously. Disturbing my sleeping.

They should tell you that their parking garage has a height limit of 6’5. It was very difficult for us since we had a bigger vehicle

Staff unwelcoming, rude, argumentative for no reasons. You do not feel welcomed. The property is not clean and old, carpet worn and dirty. Breakfast and lunch choices are limited at the premises, crumbs on the floor throughout in the restaurant, food not nice either. Convenient location to White House etc
