Helpful staff. They were able to do an early check-in. The bag check the next day was convenient and speedy. Only a couple blocks from 2 metro stations.

As a person of disability I was very pleased at how attentive the hotel staff made my stay very convenient. From the greeters at the entrance up until the moment I left I felt very safe and well cared for . the facility itself is clean elegant and Charming with a sweet breakfast area and an entertaining dinner spot right inside the hotel. I would prefer a physical paper menu for room service and other Hotel amenities I supposed to always referring to a telephone app which is not always convenient for me. I found the expense very worth it for me. Overall I give JW Marriott Washington DC an A. Inside the lobby area is a convenience store which of course has convenience store pricing considering it is right at your fingertips. $5 for a single serve soft drink soda perhaps a pinch High but I didn't have to leave the building to get one.

Having Starbucks combined with gift shop is smart and very nice

Room was great with a view. The employees were wonderful and the hotel is in the middle of everything.
