Everything was very good except one of younger male staff and the valet guy. Both were rude uninterested in helping to answer questions about street map. Other staff were nice and respectful at the front desk before leaving in the morning.

Had to ask for help to open the door to the room couldn’t get new keys for 2 of the 3 day stay had to take extra time because 2 elevators were down and the breakfast was ok but not to good food got cold fast other than that the stay was good

The staff was very understanding of our need, we arrive earlier and we were happy to check-in at that time, specialy since we were traveling with kids, I'm really grateful that was posible.

the indoor pool was so cold no one could use it and this was the reason we picked this hotel very disappointing. Staff wasn't even so concern when I pointed this out. Basically ignored me when I was talking to her too busy reading something behind the desk.
