I very much disliked our stay. Upon arrival, we were told that since we booked through Expedia, that I would not receive my Hilton status (Gold - lost Diamond last month) points or benefits, i.e. free breakfast, executive lounge, upgrades, etc. Our room was terrible, hot mini fridge, shower/tub wouldn't drain, equivalent to an average Hampton hotel room. I would never stay here again.

The attention to detail was phenomenal, first time staying at the Conrad, & I can't imagine staying at any other hotel, the service, the amenities & the staffade this the best weekend in DC!

The room was much smaller than expected, since much of the square footage was in the large unusable entryway. Although it was a "corner" room, the curtains covered two of the five windows even when they were open blocking much of the view with a large TV blocking another window. There was nowhere to sit but the bed or a hard desk chair.

Perfect! Upscale, peaceful and very professional staff. The room was beautiful and my slippers were by the bedside with a chocolate on my bedside table..very relaxing. Beautiful rooftop!! Would definitely visit again!!
