William and Sarah at the front desk were fantastic and went way above and beyond in assisting us. We cannot speak any higher about how wonderful their service was.

Front desk was very accommodating and allowed us to checkin early and later in the day we received a small box of chocolate and Perrier Water, with was a nice touch. Overall a great stay

Room was huge. Bed comfortable. Disappointed by front desk staff attitude. Let us check in at 3 pm but made us know that was a big favor as check in is at 4 pm. We only had carry on luggage and had come in from whistler. Also the 40$ in fees after the fact.. we left at 5 am the next day which staff was aware of when we checked in. So this might have been “mentioned”. Room itself had wide expanse of windows looking at rusty roof edge and roof on pool level. I do not recommend a room on this floor.

I loved my stay there, The bed felt like I was sleeping on a cloud! Absolutely amazing. The view from my room was so beautiful an I was able to watch the seaplane takeoff and land all day, the night view was just as beautiful! I just wish you offered a shuttle service to and f on the airport. I took the skytrain to enjoy the views, the hotel was clos to the exit but google maps took me in the wrong direction and continued to take me wrong way I ended walking around town for well over an hour . I called Uber but instead of picking me up in front of the stadium were I was standing it wanted me to go to some sushi shop that I couldn’t find. So as I continued to walk I was able to flag down a taxi( my fourth attempt). I was of course carrying my luggage and backpack the entire time!
