We checked in 2 1/2 hours early and were upgraded to a premier harbour view room. Excellent. Staff were courteous & friendly

Staff were very friendly. Room was ready early and we were texted before noon to let us know which was a pleasant surprise.

I love the location as it was right where our cruise terminal was beside it and the dining options were good as well. Also we could book excursions at the hotel and put up was outside the door.

I enjoyed the stay, but the bed was uncomfortable. It gave me back pain. I suspect that it’s been overused.
