The service was excellent, rooms were very clean. It was downtown near multiple food spots and bars, but it did get loud at night sometimes due to this. Another minus was the parking lot, we paid for 4 nights but the parking lot was full one night and we had to park elsewhere.

Amazing staff, check in was so easy and we were upgraded to a suite and were given happy hour drinks. The room was so nice. The only downside was that our room was on the first floor and there was base thumping noise till 2am. Not sure if its coming from below or next door but I would like to try one of the rooms on a higher floor to see if its quieter. If it was quieter then a definite 5 out of 5 for staff, cleanliness and decor.

Great hotel for a short stay, but it was overpriced.

I'll start by saying that the staff were all very friendly, and the rooms were very nice and clean. We were "upgraded" to a junior suite upon arrival, which was seemed nice, but the room ended up being located directly above the club they operate, which was booming bass into the room until well past 3am. We could not sleep at all, and complaints to the front desk were met with "I told the bar manager..." and that's about it.

The hotel was very cool, I liked the facility, location, and the front desk staff, but we did have a terrible sleep in the morning due to housekeeping bashing our neighbours door closed over and over even though we had a do not disturb sign on our door. I understand they’re going to be in the hallways going in and out of rooms all morning, but the doors are quite loud and having them bashing the deadbolt against the door jam a dozen times is quite inconsiderate at 8am. We were in room 306 and the door for 305 is literally right at our door as well. Just seems like common sense for housekeeping to be aware of that
