The staff were very helpful. We stayed for 5 nights on two consecutive weeks, but had 4 separate bookings so it was quite complicated for the check-in staff to comprehend. However, on arrival we were given the same room for the five days we booked and we were given a wet room as we had requested a walk-in shower. We were very pleased with the service. The restaurant was good, service efficient. Altogether thoroughly recommend this hotel.
However, the area in which the hotel was located was a little dubious. Unfortunately, probably typical of downtown Toronto. We did not want to leave the hotel in the evenings and chose to eat at the restaurant in the hotel instead.

Girls weekend trip. The area was nice, walkable, found food/ restaurants easily. No personality to the hotel but was nice, clean, typical hotel vibe.
