The corner suite did not come with a VIP upgrade because my view was the street. The bar area looks nice but it’s not handicap accessible so I never got to enjoy it. I had no clue a spa was inside the hotel or I would have used it. They should remind guests at checkin about the restaurant and the spa. I felt like I stayed at an over priced holiday inn express.

TThis is an excellent property located in the city center, conveniently surrounded by museums, banks, and various businesses. Check-in was straightforward, and the decor created a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly and accommodating, promptly resolving a minor hiccup during the check-in process. While parking wasn't free, it’s comparable to other metropolitan areas. The room was clean and featured a refrigerator, though it lacked a microwave. The only downside was a strong smoke odor that emerged once the air conditioner was turned off.
