The air conditioner did not work properly. We were able to get it to drop 1 degree in 3 hours. It was so hot in the room when we arrived that the person carrying our luggage tried to work on the thermostat. There was a blood spot in the the middle bed sheet and a top sheet had light yellow stains. No literature in the room to tell me about the location of their amenities. I paid for breakfast in advance when I booked the room. No mention of this when I checked in and so I had to find someone to get details about that.

The room was very dusty,the chairs were stained, the Tv stopped working whenever we moved it. We had a city view and it wa loud in the middle of the night and woke us up.

Great location for ball game & ballpark village events. Roof top bar had great views .
I was charged twice for parking, even though was told everything was corrected upon checkin. Called hotel after checkout and got corrected.
Gym was adequate. Common areas needed cleaned.
