Our room seemed to be okay as far as cleanliness. The bathrooms ceiling was peeling pain. We frustrated by the lack of room service after 10pm.

No hot water! When i tried to call about it the phone in the room didn’t work, easy fix just used my cell. While waiting for someone to come check on it we tried watching tv and no remote in room. Must be an extra charge for that.
Didn’t offer another room so we could shower.

Ice machine broke.
Parking ticket not validated after asking twice.
No room service or breakfast.
